Pure Roots Botanicals Full Spectrum Extra Strength Muscle Gel – 2 oz

Pure Roots Botanicals grows their hemp on a USDA Certified Organic, CCOF-certified farm — one of the very few such operations in the US. Their full-spectrum extract retains the complete plant cannabinoid and terpene profile, and all products are made in-house from farm to finished product with no outsourcing. This vertical integration ensures the organic integrity of the hemp carries through to the final topical, without the supply-chain risks of brands that source hemp from unknown third-party farms.

No — topical CBD products do not enter the bloodstream in meaningful quantities and produce no psychoactive effects. Even with full-spectrum extract containing trace THC, topicals work locally through skin cannabinoid receptors (CB2) and do not cross the skin barrier into systemic circulation at amounts that cause intoxication. The relief experienced from CBD muscle gels is entirely localised — reduced inflammation, muscle ease, and cooling comfort — without any head effects.

Apply directly to the affected muscle group 2–3 times daily as needed. For post-exercise recovery, apply immediately after activity and again 4–6 hours later. For chronic muscle tension or joint discomfort, consistent daily application builds sustained local cannabinoid receptor engagement. Massage thoroughly into the skin for 30–60 seconds to promote absorption and activate the topical ingredients' penetration mechanisms.
