Our returns policy in plain English.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
Unopened products
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days.
What we cannot take back
For safety reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back by the same method you paid with, within five working days of us receiving the return.
